1.What types of surfaces are available?
We have mainly two types of surfaces available, one is painted steel and another is Japan imported porcelain steel. Both materials can come with a white writing surface or green chalk surface or even a matt projection surface. You can choose different surface for different needs.
2.How about the packaging?
The standard packaging of the product is 1 set in a carton with honey comb cardboard buffer around the edges. The packaging can be customized according to your demand.
3.What is the warranty for the product?
It depends on the surface quality? For the painted steel surface, we can provide 2~3 years quality guarantee depending on the using conditions. For the porcelain steel we can provide you lifetime guarantee regardless of the using conditions (frequencies).
4.Do you keep stock for the items?
We need the order urgently.
Because each customer order different size product, so we do not keep stock for the items. We can shorten the delivery lead time if needed.
